PERMITTED TO LAND AT LONDON ON CONDITION THAT THE HOLDER JOINS THE Norwegian FORCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE BY (then, in manuscript:)
the Norwegian military authorities and subject to such further conditions as may be imposed if holder is discharged therefrom in the United Kingdom.
